Reporting a problem

Include the app version, device model, operating system version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot or a project file can help. Remove confidential mine, conveyor, and manufacturer information before sharing if it is not needed to investigate.

Projects and recovery

Use Save Project As… to keep a named project file, and Open Project… to reopen it. Automatic recovery keeps your current inputs on the device. Keep separate project files for jobs you need to retain or transfer. FEA results have their own save/open controls.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple Account used for the subscription. You can review or cancel a subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Augmented reality

Use a supported physical iPad, allow camera access, and move the device slowly while it detects a well-lit floor or work surface. Place the model using the in-app AR view. The separate 3D viewer lets you inspect the model without placing it in the room.

Engineering drawings

Final dimensions to be confirmed by the belt supplier. Include the relevant drawing or supplier specification when asking about a layout. Models and calculations need to be checked for the actual belt, splice materials, and site requirements.
