For procurement teams & IT administrators

Maven apps.
Your whole team.
Purchased through Apple.

Apple Business provides a way for companies to purchase eligible app subscriptions centrally and assign seats to employees. Here’s how to prepare your organization and place an order when your chosen subscription is available.

Guide reviewed

Confirm your app’s availability before ordering.

Apple announced October 22, 2026 as the launch date for subscription Volume Purchasing. This guide does not confirm that every Maven subscription is available through that channel. Check your organization’s Apple Business catalog and contact Maven to confirm the app, plan and deployment requirements for your team.

Start with the work you need to do

We’ll help you choose the app and plan.

You don’t need to know the product name or subscription tier. Describe your task, the features or outputs you need, and roughly how many people will use them. Maven can recommend the app and feature level to review for each role.

Belt installation planning

Belt Installation Maven for conveyor profiles, belt pulls, winching or winding arrangements and pull results.

Bearing and motor analysis

Bearing Maven for ball-bearing geometry and contact calculations; Motor Maven for motor geometry and electromagnetic analysis.

Feeder design

Feeder Maven for belt feeder capacity, loads, drive requirements and design reports. Tell us which devices your team will use.

Splice inspection and quality control

Splice Maven QA for job inspections and QC records. Its QC features are free; the optional advertising-removal purchase is separate from subscriptions.

Example: which Steel Cord Splice plan fits the work?

Standard covers design editing, drawing exports including PDF and DXF, and participation in a shared session.

Premium adds finite element calculations, cure calculations, AR for your own design and live shared-session hosting.

Tell us who designs, who runs calculations and who needs field AR, so we can help match access to each role. Compare the current feature levels →

Not sure where to start?

A short description of the job is enough. Use the email template and fill in what you know; we can help identify the app, plan and user counts to review. We’ll also help check the corporate purchasing route for that subscription.

The company purchasing route

From company setup to employee access.

Work with your purchasing administrator and IT team. Apple Business handles the order; your device management service handles seat assignment.

  1. Set up Apple Business for your organization.

Go to business.apple.com and use your company’s existing organization, or register a new one. Ask IT before creating a duplicate. For app and device management, use Apple’s work-account setup; personal accounts retained from Apple Business Connect are limited to brand and location features.

  2. Complete Apple’s company verification.

If prompted, open Settings → Organization → Verify Now. Apple asks for two verification methods. Options include a D-U-N-S number or EIN, domain ownership using a DNS TXT record, and official business documents. Choose evidence that matches your legal entity, then send it to Apple for review.

Allow up to five business days; Apple notes that busy periods can take longer. A pending review may prevent access to purchasing features.

  3. Have IT confirm the deployment path.

Ask your device management provider whether it supports Apple’s new subscription Volume Purchasing workflow. Your IT team should confirm employee account requirements, supported devices and app versions, and how users will receive access. Subscription seats are assigned to users rather than devices.

  4. Find the eligible Maven subscription.

Open the app purchasing catalog in Apple Business, under Apps & Services. Search for the app’s exact name and check that the developer is Maven Software Inc. Look for the subscription plan offered to your organization. A free app download on its own does not establish access to its paid subscription features.

If the plan is missing, contact Maven with the app name, your country or region, seat count and device management provider so we can help check the purchasing route.

  5. Review the seats, price and renewal terms.

Follow the purchase flow Apple presents for the eligible plan. Confirm the number of seats, billing period, currency, taxes, total cost and renewal terms before your authorized buyer completes the order. Use the price Apple shows for that purchase; individual trial offers and volume discounts should not be assumed.

  6. Assign seats and check employee access.

IT assigns the purchased seats through the supported device management service and distributes the app. Have a small group open the current app version and check that the required paid features are available before deploying to everyone. Keep seat administration and renewal ownership with your organization’s purchasing and IT teams.

Common purchasing questions

What to check before you buy.

Is every Maven app eligible?

Eligibility is specific to the app and subscription. This route is for eligible auto-renewing subscriptions. One-time in-app purchases are outside this subscription program. Ask us about your chosen app and confirm the offer in Apple Business before placing an order.

Can our company pay without each employee purchasing separately?

That is the purpose of Volume Purchasing: the organization buys subscription seats and assigns them to its users through device management. Confirm that your chosen subscription and your IT provider support the workflow.

We don’t use device management. Is there another option?

Apple has also announced Group Purchases, where a purchaser buys seats and invites people to join. Apple’s September 2026 announcement schedules that separate feature for winter. Contact Maven about current options for your app; this guide describes the Apple Business route.

Will our existing individual subscriptions transfer?

Check with Maven and your IT administrator before changing existing subscriptions. Do not assume an individual subscription or trial automatically converts to a company seat. Agree on the transition and billing arrangements before deploying company access.

Does buying more seats include a discount?

Use the actual offer shown by Apple for the selected plan and quantity. Apple supports volume pricing configurations, but a discount is not guaranteed for every subscription. Contact Maven to discuss your team’s requirements.

What if Apple Business says “Organization Verification Required”?

Complete the company verification in Settings → Organization and wait for Apple’s review. If the review remains pending or fails, use Apple Business support for the organization’s account status.
