Belt Installation Maven · Updated September 28, 2026
Belt Installation Maven is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains the subscription and engineering-use scope; it does not replace that agreement or remove non-excludable rights under applicable law. The app is available on the App Store.
One monthly plan
Belt Installation Maven Monthly unlocks the Belt & method, Conveyor profile, Pull results and Belt & idler data workspaces and their exports on supported Apple devices. The planned U.S. price is US$5.00 per month. Local storefront prices vary. The App Store displays the price, billing period and applicable offer before you confirm a purchase.
14-day free introductory trial
Eligible new subscribers receive 14 days of subscription access without charge. Apple determines eligibility; there is one introductory offer per subscription group. Reinstalling the app or changing devices does not create another trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews monthly at the price Apple displayed when you subscribed unless canceled.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Apple controls the effective cancellation date and whether access continues after cancellation of a trial. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Direct purchase and refund requests to Apple.
Project files and device access
An active subscription is required for the Belt & method, Conveyor profile, Pull results and Belt & idler data workspaces. Start here, Method & evidence, the Subscription page, and opening and saving project files remain available without an active subscription. Subscription expiry does not delete your project files. Use the same Apple Account to restore subscription access on your devices. Save and transfer projects using the file locations you choose; automatic Maven cloud synchronization is not included.
Engineering and installation scope
Belt Installation Maven is a planning aid for conveyor belt installation. You supply and verify the belt, cable and idler data, the conveyor profile, friction factors, resistances and brake forces. Examples and default values are illustrative, not data for a particular conveyor or equipment.
Independently verify inputs, assumptions, results and suitability for the application. Obtain qualified engineering review, and follow the belt, joint, winch, clamp, rigging and brake manufacturers’ instructions and site procedures, before installing or removing a belt. The app does not certify belt, joint or clamp strength, winch, cable or brake capacity, rigging, or the safety of an installation plan.
The calculation follows a documented method with stated assumptions. It neglects friction on the cable, assumes the old and new belts have the same mass when winding, and reports the joint rating as the largest tension at the winder. The Method & evidence page in the app describes these assumptions.
