Your conveyor work remains on your device. No Maven account is required.

Pipe Belt Maven contains no advertising or analytics SDK and does not send your conveyor inputs, calculations, saved projects, camera images or usage history to Maven Software. Workspace settings and designs are saved locally. Subscription expiry does not delete those files.

Camera and augmented reality

The iPhone and iPad app requests camera access for Apple ARKit surface tracking and tabletop placement. Camera processing takes place on the device; the app does not upload camera images or recordings. The 3D preview works without camera access. You can change camera permission in device Settings.

Apple maps and subscriptions

Map views and satellite snapshots use Apple MapKit, which connects to Apple to obtain map content. Subscriptions, payment, transaction verification and restoration use Apple StoreKit. Apple processes your Apple Account and payment information. Maven Software does not receive your card details. The app uses signature-verified transaction and expiration information locally to determine access. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Files you choose to export

Exports are written to locations you select. If you share an export with another person or service, that recipient’s handling of it is outside the app. The app does not automatically synchronize projects to a Maven server.

Support correspondence

If you email support, Maven receives the message, your email address and any attachments you choose to provide so it can respond. Send only information needed to explain the issue and remove confidential project or customer information. Contact support@mavensoftware.ai for app or privacy questions.
