Reporting an issue
Include the app version, device model, operating system, the selected analysis mode and the steps that caused the issue. The version is shown in About Bearing Maven. A sample project and screenshot can help; remove confidential information before sending them.
Getting started
Create a new document to open the supplied example. Use the Examples menu to load another sample or import a .bbi file. Review Geometry and Operating cases, select the analysis settings, and run the calculation. Select a ball in the section view or results to inspect its contact behavior.
Saving your work
Save a .bearing project to keep the inputs. Results and recent-run history are held in the current session; export the complete results or contact/duty-cycle table when you need a lasting record. A saved input project does not contain the session's result history.
Calculation messages
Review validation messages and the selected model's supported conditions before changing inputs. A failed or unconverged calculation is not a valid engineering result. When inputs change, previously calculated results are marked as out of date.

Subscriptions
Choose Subscription in the workspace to purchase, restore purchases or manage your subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial, followed by the monthly price shown before purchase. Apple handles billing and cancellations. Cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Your saved inputs remain available to open, edit and save without an active subscription.
