Studies and DXF exports
Save studies as .trajectory files using the native document browser or File menu. Files are stored where you choose. You can open, read and export valid saved studies without an active subscription. New studies, edits and comparison require active trial or subscription access.
If a file fails to open, preserve the original and work on a copy. Unsupported future versions and malformed or incomplete study files are rejected. Canceling an export does not discard study inputs. Verify units, method assumptions and coordinates before using a drawing in another CAD tool.
Subscriptions
Open Subscription Options to view Apple’s current localized plans. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. If options are unavailable, try Refresh when connected to Apple services. A pending purchase grants access only after Apple verifies approval.
Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. For billing or refund requests, use Apple. Maven cannot cancel Apple billing. Never send passwords or payment-card information.
