This policy describes information handling by Maven Software Inc. when you use Trajectory Maven and these product and support pages.

Local studies and exports

Study inputs, calculations and exports are processed on your device. The app does not send studies or calculation results to Maven servers. Study files may contain information you enter. There is no Maven account or automatic Maven cloud synchronization.

If you choose iCloud Drive or another file provider, or share an export, that provider or recipient handles the information under its own terms. Saved studies remain where you save them until you remove them.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes purchases, renewals and refunds. Trajectory Maven uses StoreKit to verify access on your device and restore purchases. The app does not send receipts, Apple Account identifiers or purchase history to Maven servers. We do not receive payment-card details through the app. Apple may provide the publisher with transaction, financial and aggregate sales information through its services.

Tracking and device information

The app has no advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across apps or websites. It does not request contacts, location or microphone access. When you open the optional 3D augmented-reality view on iPhone or iPad, the app asks for camera access to detect a floor or table and position the model. Camera images and AR tracking data are processed on your device, are not recorded or uploaded, and are not sent to Maven servers. File inspection is limited to local study processing and user-selected files; file information is not transmitted by the app.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate the request. Send only the information needed and remove confidential details from example files. Never send account passwords or payment-card information.

These website pages

These Trajectory Maven pages do not include an analytics or advertising script. The website host may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, request path and time to serve and secure the site. Other Maven pages have their own Website Privacy Policy.

Retention and choices

Local files stay under your control. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete exports stored elsewhere. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle requests and applicable business or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information; some records may need to be retained for those obligations.
