Getting started

1. Open Subscription to subscribe or restore an existing purchase with your Apple Account. Apple shows local pricing and any eligible free trial.
2. Choose Installation & costing and enter the job dimensions, selected stock and supplier recipe.
3. In Assurance, record source references and separate release milestones.
4. Review Visuals and Package, then export the current job.
5. Use Save project to preserve your work and Open project to continue later.

Restore or manage your subscription

Choose Subscription → Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that purchased the plan. A subscription works across the app’s supported Apple devices. If the store does not load, check your connection and use Reload store.

Cancel or change renewal settings through Manage subscription in the app or Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple.

Files, offline access and expiry

Save projects to a location you control. You can open and save project files without a subscription; the app does not delete them when access ends. An existing verified subscription can be used offline while it remains valid; purchasing, restoring or checking a new renewal may require a connection to Apple. Projects do not automatically synchronize through Maven Software.

Why did a review become stale?

Review records refer to the inputs present when recorded. Editing the job can require a fresh review. A review entry is not an automatic return-to-service authorization.

Why does the studio differ from the job?

The surface studio is independent. Open the installation job’s Visuals tab for its linked piece layout and animation.

When asking for help

Include the app version, device and operating system, the page involved, what you expected and what happened. Share a redacted example only when needed. Remove customer names, asset identifiers and confidential supplier information first. Never send Apple Account passwords or payment-card information.

Engineering and process questions

Use the applicable supplier instructions and your responsible reviewer for material suitability, chemical handling, processing and return-to-service decisions. Example values are illustrative.
