Predict a belt's life

Choose Design prediction in the calculator and enter the proposed conveyor's operating conditions and cover thicknesses. No wear measurements are required. Use the toolbar gear to adjust program-wide prediction factors; the original values appear beside each setting.

Collect and compare cover wear

Record dated measurements across the belt width, view profiles and trends, and export readings and reports. Comparable material and belt compound help you apply a measured wear expectation to another conveyor. The examples show new-conveyor design, repeated measurements and transfer of wear expectations.

Free tools and optional ad removal

All engineering tools and examples are free, with no registration required. The optional annual subscription removes advertisements. The purchase screen displays Apple's current price for your storefront and renewal terms. Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings; cancellation retains ad removal through the paid period. Expiration leaves your tools and data available.

To restore ad removal, use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Subscription availability requires the app's App Store release and Apple's approval.

Advertising choices and reports

Settings provides advertising privacy choices when required, and advertisements can be hidden for the current session. Use Report advertisement to prepare a message for review in your mail app, or email support. Calculations and reports continue to work when no ad is available.

Your data
