Belt Lifetime Maven Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handled by Maven Software Inc., Belt Lifetime Maven for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and these app support pages.

Your conveyor data

Conveyor studies, design inputs, wear measurements, inspection profiles, calibration evidence and program settings are processed and saved on your device. The app does not upload your engineering data to Maven Software or include it in advertising requests. No Maven Software account is required. The app has no automatic cloud synchronization or developer engineering analytics service.

Imports use files you select. Reports, CSV exports and study backups can include the information you entered. When you export or share a file, the destination you select handles it under its own practices. Device backups and operating-system file services depend on your Apple Account and device settings.

Advertising on iPhone and iPad

The free iOS app includes Google AdMob banner advertising through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising services may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ads displayed and interactions with them, crash information and performance diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. The app requests non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party identifier and does not request Apple's tracking permission or directly access the advertising identifier. Non-personalized ads can still process network and device information. Conveyor names, measurements, materials and predictions are not supplied for ad targeting.

Advertising privacy information is refreshed before requesting ads. Where required, Google's consent message appears first, and advertising requires the messaging platform to permit ad requests. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened in Settings when applicable. Calculations, saved studies and exports work without consent or an advertisement. You can hide advertisements for the current session.

Mac sponsor banners

The native Mac app does not include the Google advertising SDK. It can display bundled sponsor banners and does not collect sponsor impression or click analytics. Opening a sponsor link uses your external browser; the destination has its own privacy practices. Reports contain no advertisements.

Optional annual ad removal

Apple processes the optional annual ad-free subscription. StoreKit verifies purchase entitlements and restores purchases. An active verified subscription suppresses advertising requests and banners on supported platforms; expiration does not restrict engineering tools or delete data. Maven Software does not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple may supply transaction, financial and aggregate sales information to the publisher. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support and diagnostics

Apple may share app crash and diagnostic reports with developers according to your device settings. If you email support or send an advertisement report, Maven Software receives the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send and uses them to respond and investigate. The in-app advertisement report opens a draft for your review; it is not sent automatically. Please include only the information needed for your request.

Retention and your choices

Saved studies can be deleted in the app. Drafts, preferences, exported files and device backups are separate copies; deleting a study does not remove those copies. Removing the app may leave data in backups or, on Mac, in the local application data folder. Google and Apple retain information processed by their services under their own policies and account controls. Support correspondence is retained as needed to answer requests and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

To ask about privacy or request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support, email support@mavensoftware.ai. Maven Software has no server copy of your local conveyor workspace to retrieve or delete.

These support pages

These pages are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Hosting systems process technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and secure the site. These app support pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts. Other Maven Software pages are covered by the Website Privacy notice.

Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
