Turnover Maven support

Screen conveyor belt turnovers, compare calculation methods and inspect the geometry in 3D.

Getting started

  1. Choose the annual subscription or restore an existing purchase using the purchasing Apple Account.
  2. Enter belt dimensions, material properties, tension and turnover length. Choose metric or US customary units and a calculation method.
  3. Review results and tension graphs alongside the inputs. Inspect the turnover geometry in the 3D view.
  4. Use the Calculation menu to save or open calculations, access the calculation library, export PDF or CSV reports, and manage your subscription.

Calculation scope

Eight selectable methods provide engineering screening of turnover length, belt stress and tension behavior. Method notes identify their equations, assumptions and source basis. Published comparison cases and calculation traces help assess the results.

These calculations do not establish full equivalence with commercial conveyor design programs. Bending stress, dynamic behavior, support details and complete fabrication checks require separate engineering review. Review the displayed limits and assumptions before using a result for a project.

Place the turnover in AR

On a supported iPhone or iPad, open 3D View → AR, allow camera access, then scan a well-lit floor or table. Tap Place Turnover or a point on the detected surface. Choose Full size (1:1), 1:10 or 1:20; the default is 1:20. Drag the placed model to move it on the same surface, use the rotate buttons, or reset placement to choose another surface.

AR uses the entered belt width and turnover length in metres with uniform scale. The ordinary preview’s width enlargement is excluded. The ideal helix and illustrative guide rolls do not display calculated sag or stress contours. AR requires an AR-capable device and camera permission; the ordinary 3D viewer remains available on other devices.

Subscription and free trial

The US base price is $10 per year. Eligible subscribers receive a two-week introductory free trial. Apple confirms eligibility and allows one introductory trial per subscription group. The purchase screen displays the actual localized price, annual billing period and available trial before purchase.

The subscription unlocks turnover inputs, all eight methods, tension graphs, 3D inspection, saved calculations and PDF/CSV export on Mac, iPhone and iPad. After an eligible trial, it renews automatically at the displayed annual price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel in Apple's subscription settings; Apple handles refund requests.

Saved calculations

Saved calculations and exports remain where you saved them. Subscription expiry does not delete these files; the workspace requires active subscription access. Maven Software does not upload or automatically synchronize calculations. You can move saved calculation files between devices through your preferred file service.

Privacy and support

Calculations run on your device. The app contains no advertising or behavioral analytics. Apple processes purchases. See the privacy policy.

Email support@mavensoftware.ai with app version, device, operating system, calculation method, expected behavior and what happened. Include a redacted calculation file only when useful, and remove confidential project or customer information.
