Privacy policy

This policy explains how Maven Software Inc. handles information when you use Turnover Maven and its support pages.

Engineering projects and calculations

Belt geometry, material selections, calculation inputs and engineering results are processed on your device. Turnover Maven does not upload projects or results to Maven Software servers. Preferences are saved locally. Calculation files are saved when you choose Save Calculation in the app. You choose when and where to open, save, export or share project files.

Files may contain project names, notes and other information you enter. If you save a file to iCloud Drive or another file provider, or share it, that provider or recipient handles it under its own terms. Turnover Maven has no Maven account and does not automatically synchronize projects between devices.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes purchases, renewals and refunds. Turnover Maven uses StoreKit to verify subscription status on your device, restore purchases and provide access. The app does not send receipts, Apple Account identifiers or purchase history to Maven Software servers. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple may provide the publisher with transaction, financial and aggregate sales information through its services.

Augmented reality and camera access

When you choose AR on a supported iPhone or iPad, the app requests camera permission to place the belt turnover on a floor or table. Camera images and detected surfaces are processed on your device. The app does not record or upload camera images, surface maps or room measurements to Maven Software servers. You can deny camera access and continue using the ordinary 3D viewer, or change permission in device Settings.

Tracking and diagnostics

The app contains no advertising, tracking or third-party behavioral analytics. It does not request access to your location, contacts or microphone. Apple may provide crash and diagnostic reports according to your device and sharing settings.

Technical references link to papers on their publishers’ websites. External links open in your browser and are subject to the destination’s privacy policy.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate the request. Send only what is needed and remove confidential project or customer information from example files. Never send Apple Account passwords or payment-card details.

Website visits

These Turnover Maven privacy and support pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. They are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Hosting systems may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the website. Other Maven Software pages have their own website privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Project files remain where you save them until you remove them. Deleting the app does not delete exports stored elsewhere and does not cancel your subscription. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle requests and applicable business or legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information supplied to us.
