Locking Assembly Maven Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Maven Software Inc. handles information when you use Locking Assembly Maven and these support pages.

Your projects and catalogs

Assembly inputs, imported catalogs, manufacturer profiles, engineering calculations and reports are processed on your device. The app saves the current workspace, imported catalogs and manufacturer profiles in its private local storage. Maven Software does not receive these files or results through the app. No Maven account or sign-in is required.

You choose which files to import and where to save exports. Importing a catalog does not remove or change its original file. You can remove imported catalogs inside the app. Device backups and file providers, such as iCloud Drive, may handle your files according to their own settings and policies. Removing app data does not delete files you exported elsewhere.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes subscriptions and payments. The app uses StoreKit to check verified purchase status on your device, restore purchases and open subscription management. The app does not send your transaction history to a Maven server, and Maven Software does not receive payment-card details through it. Apple may provide the publisher with transaction, financial and aggregate sales information under its services. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Permissions and diagnostics

The app does not contain advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. Apple may provide crash and diagnostic reports according to your device and sharing settings.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive the contact information, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer and investigate your request. Remove confidential project or customer information before sending files unless it is needed for support.

Website visits

Hosting systems process technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and secure these pages. These standalone Locking Assembly Maven pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. Other parts of the Maven website follow the Website Privacy notice. Linked websites have their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

Your app data remains on your device until you remove it or remove the app and its data. Exported files and backups are managed separately. We retain support correspondence only as needed for the request and applicable business or legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided to us; some records may need to be retained to meet those obligations.
