Privacy policy

This policy explains how Maven Software Inc. handles information when you use Conveyor Structure Maven and these support pages.

Designs, calculations and files

Conveyor designs, geometry, material inputs and engineering studies are processed on your device. The app does not upload them to Maven Software. Preferences are saved locally. You choose when and where to open, save, export or share design files and USDZ models. Your selected file provider or recipient manages shared files under its own terms.

Camera and spatial experiences

The iPhone and iPad augmented reality simulation requests camera permission to place conveyor models in your surroundings. Camera images and scene understanding stay on the device and are not sent to Maven Software. You can revoke camera access in Settings. Vision Pro models use RealityKit spatial experiences. Sharing a model with a Vision Pro or exporting a model happens only when you choose it.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple handles payments, subscription renewals, refunds and account billing. StoreKit verifies purchase status to grant access and restore purchases. The app does not send receipts or Apple Account information to Maven Software servers. Maven Software does not receive your card details. Apple may provide the publisher with transaction, financial and aggregate sales reports through its own services.

Apple’s Privacy Policy describes Apple’s services. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple’s subscription settings.

Tracking and diagnostics

The app contains no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDK. It has no separate Maven user account. Apple may provide crash and diagnostic reports according to your device and sharing settings.

Support and website visits

If you contact support, Maven Software receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and uses them to answer your request. Remove confidential data from examples. These support pages contain no analytics scripts. Amazon Web Services hosts them and may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Other Maven Software pages have their own website privacy policy.

Your choices and retention

Your design files remain where you save them until you remove them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription or remove exports stored elsewhere. When access expires, saved files remain on your device. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle requests and applicable business obligations. Contact support for access, correction or deletion of information you supplied to us.
