Common questions

Are calculations metric? Yes. Bucket Maven stores and calculates in SI units. Switching to US display units changes only the values shown.

Can I move a project? Use the Project file menu to save or open a versioned JSON project. A report can be exported as PDF.

How does the subscription work? The app is free to download and shows a read-only sample design. A monthly subscription unlocks editing, project files, and report exports across your Apple devices. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial, then the App Store charges US $5 per month or the shown local price until canceled.

How do I restore or cancel? Open Subscription in the app and choose Restore Purchases. To cancel or change billing, use Manage Subscriptions in your Apple account. Check the renewal date shown by Apple and cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Does the 3D preview prove chute performance? No. It shows an ideal trajectory from an entered release angle. Supplier drawings, material tests, and engineering review are needed for a real head and chute.

Does the Mac app run through Mac Catalyst? No. Bucket Maven has a separate native macOS app target.
