Bucket Maven Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Maven Software Inc. handles information when you use Bucket Maven and its support pages.

App data

Bucket Maven performs its engineering calculations, drawings, and 3D preview on your device. Project inputs, the name entered as the report preparer, and preferences such as language and display units are stored locally. The app does not automatically send these data to Maven Software servers. It has no account, advertising, or third-party behavioral analytics SDK.

Files and sharing

You can choose to import or export a project JSON file and export or share a PDF report. A project or report can contain material and equipment details, calculations, and the preparer's name. You choose the file destination or recipient. The selected file provider or sharing service then handles the file under its own terms. Your device backup settings may include locally stored app data. Exported copies remain wherever you saved them.

Subscription and Apple services

Bucket Maven uses Apple's StoreKit to show the subscription, process purchases, restore purchases, and check whether a subscription is active. Apple handles billing and may provide Maven Software with subscription sales and diagnostic information under your Apple settings. The app does not receive or store your payment card details. Support and website

If you email support, Maven Software receives the contact details, message, and files you choose to send. We use them to answer and investigate the request. Please remove confidential project information from attachments unless it is necessary. These pages are hosted using Amazon Web Services, whose systems process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to deliver and secure the site. The Bucket Maven pages use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use them. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects information such as pages viewed and interactions with them (for example, scrolling, link clicks and file downloads), the referring website, approximate location, and device and browser type. We use this information only in aggregate to improve these pages, and we do not use advertising cookies or Google advertising features. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you accept them. You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time on the Website Privacy page. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services.

Retention and contact

Maven Software does not receive locally stored app data; it remains under your device and backup controls until you remove it. Support correspondence is kept as needed to answer the request and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
