Belt MFL Scanning Maven privacy policy

This policy explains how Maven Software Inc. handles information when you use Belt MFL Scanning Maven and its support pages.

Scan files and reports

Recordings, example JSON, calibration settings and calculations are processed on your Mac. The app does not upload your scan files or reports to Maven Software servers. Bundled examples use generic Mine labels and Correa names. You choose when and where to open, save, export or share files. Access to selected files and folders is retained only while the app is running; no Maven account or automatic project synchronization is used.

Your files may contain project names and notes you enter. If you save to iCloud Drive or another provider, or share files, that provider or recipient handles them under its own terms. Removing the app does not remove reports or exports saved elsewhere.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes purchases, renewals and refunds. StoreKit verifies subscription status on your device and restores purchases. The app does not send receipts, Apple Account identifiers or purchase history to Maven Software servers. We do not receive payment-card details through the app. Apple may provide transaction, financial and aggregate sales information to the publisher through its services.

Tracking and diagnostics

The app includes no advertising, tracking or third-party behavioral analytics. It does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Apple may provide crash and diagnostic reports according to your device and sharing settings.

Support and external links

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate requests. Send only necessary information and remove confidential details from samples. Support, privacy, terms and subscription-management links open their respective websites in your browser.

Website visits

These product support and privacy pages have no advertising or analytics scripts. They are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Hosting systems may process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the website. Other Maven Software pages have a separate website privacy policy.

Your choices and contact

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We retain support correspondence as needed to respond and meet applicable business or legal obligations. Email support@mavensoftware.ai to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied.
