BELT MFL SCANNING MAVEN
Magnetic belt-scan review on Mac
Review existing steel-cord magnetic flux leakage recordings, splice signatures and recurring event candidates. The native Mac app is being prepared for App Store review.
Getting started
Open Examples and choose Correa Uno, Correa Dos or a Mine example. All 49 examples include their data and JSON. Mine 4 contains waveform maps; other examples contain continuous scans.
A subscription unlocks importing your own BeltGard DAT, LabVIEW SCN and pattern files. Choose Open to select a recording, its example JSON or a folder. Keep the JSON and its companion data together. If requested, select the containing folder so the app can read both files.
Calibrate before interpreting distances
On File, verify recording rate and belt speed against the recorder configuration. Use a known full-revolution period when automatic detection selects rip-loop spacing. The kHz token in a filename is not a per-channel logging-rate calibration. Detected events, splice patterns and echoes need engineering review.
Save and export
Save Example creates a new recording/JSON folder inside the destination you choose. Report writes a Word DOCX inspection document. Original scan acquisitions remain unchanged.
Subscriptions
Monthly is US$20 and annual is US$200, with the same access. Eligible subscribers receive a two-week free introductory trial. Local prices and eligibility are shown by Apple in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Open Subscription in the toolbar or Account menu to subscribe or restore purchases.
Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, refunds and account authentication.
Compatibility and files
macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Files are processed locally. No scanner hardware or Maven account is required. The app analyses recordings and does not acquire scans. Unsupported, incomplete or malformed files are reported instead of silently loading partial samples.
Contact support
Email support@mavensoftware.ai with the app version, macOS version, file format and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove confidential project or customer details before sending a sample. Never send Apple Account passwords or payment-card details.
