Privacy policy

The app

Maven Software Inc. does not collect personal information, usage analytics, or project contents through the Fabric Belt Maven app. The app has no Maven account and no advertising SDK. Your project files stay in the location you choose, including iCloud Drive if you use it. A configured Mac compute worker receives only the job inputs you explicitly send to that worker.

Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription status, billing and refunds. The app checks verified StoreKit entitlements on your device to unlock subscribed features. Maven Software does not receive your payment card details through the app. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Website and support

This product website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects information such as pages viewed and interactions with them (for example, scrolling, link clicks and file downloads), the referring website, approximate location, and device and browser type. We use this information only in aggregate to improve this website, and we do not use advertising cookies or Google advertising features. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you accept them. You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time on the Website Privacy page. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services. Standard server or content-delivery logs may record a request and IP address for service and security. If you email support, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond. Do not include confidential project files unless you want us to inspect them.
