Screw Conveyor support

Set up a horizontal conveyor, inspect its helical flight in 3D, and follow its calculation trace.

App Store release is being prepared. These pages provide privacy information and support for Screw Conveyor.

Getting started

  1. Open the app to preview a conveyor, its 3D model, engineering results and source references.
  2. Open Subscription to choose a monthly or annual plan. Both plans unlock the same design inputs, project calculations and project import/export on Mac, iPhone and iPad.
  3. Open Design inputs, choose a standards region, and enter dimensions, material duty and calculation basis. View design returns from compact inputs to the workspace.
  4. Use Cutaway, Exploded and Rotate in the 3D model. Drag to orbit, and pinch or scroll to zoom.
  5. Review Calculations and Standards. Save a JSON project file to preserve an editable design; Open project imports it on another supported device with an active subscription.

Regional sizes and calculation scope

USA/CEMA starter sizes and capacity tables use publicly cited KWS references. International/ISO dimensions use the ISO 1050 publisher preview. The Germany/DIN data and calculation are labeled research references. UK and India provide standard identities and custom geometry while reviewed dimensional tables are pending.

Calculation methods cover horizontal, controlled-feed conveyors: ideal geometric capacity, a public KWS capacity and horsepower basis, ISO 7119 power and a separately labeled DIN research calculation. ISO/DIN resistance coefficients are separate from the CEMA material factor. Standards and Research show source availability and assumptions.

Housing, supports and bearing blocks are illustrative. Component ratings, starting duty, inclined or vertical conveying, feeder design and complete fabrication checks are outside this version's calculation scope. Review the displayed assumptions and source tables before applying results.

Subscriptions and free trial

US base prices are $10 per month or $100 per year. Eligible subscribers receive a two-week introductory free trial on either plan. Apple allows one introductory trial per subscription group and confirms eligibility. The purchase screen displays the actual localized price, billing period and available trial before purchase.

After an eligible trial, the selected plan renews automatically at its displayed price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel in Apple's subscription settings; Apple handles refund requests.

Projects and units

Saved projects remain where you saved them. Subscription expiry does not delete files; design editing and project import/export require active access. Maven Software does not upload or automatically synchronize projects. Export a JSON project through your preferred file service to move a design between devices.

Metric and US customary displays retain the original catalogue identity and full stored precision. An ISO 315 mm screw displays as 12.4016 in; it does not become a CEMA 12-inch size. Displayed engineering minima round upward, and the calculation trace records its own equation units.

Privacy and support

Calculations run on your device. The app contains no advertising or behavioral analytics. Apple processes purchases. See the privacy policy.

Email support@mavensoftware.ai with app version, device, operating system, calculation method, expected behavior and what happened. Include a redacted project only when useful, and remove confidential project or customer information.
