Horizontal Curve Maven Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Horizontal Curve Maven app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro, provided by Maven Software Inc.

Your engineering studies

Engineering inputs, study titles, notes and results are processed on your device. The app does not upload them to Maven Software Inc. or operate a cloud study service. You choose when and where to save or export files. Files saved through a cloud storage provider are also subject to that provider’s policies.

Subscriptions

Apple processes purchases and billing. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit service to verify subscription access on your device. Maven Software Inc. does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its policies. The app has no separate Maven account.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics and does not track you across apps or websites. Apple may collect diagnostic or transaction information according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. The Maven website has a separate website privacy notice.

Support

If you email support@mavensoftware.ai, Maven Software Inc. receives the contact information and content you choose to send. We use those details to respond to your request. Include only the project information needed to explain the issue. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to records we must retain for legal or business obligations.

Your controls

You can delete saved study files using the storage provider or device where you saved them. Removing the app does not delete exported files or cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
