Conveyor NPV Maven Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Conveyor NPV Maven app for Mac and iPad.

Your conveyor data

Your conveyor inputs, cost libraries and project files are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload them to Maven Software. Files leave the app only when you choose an export or sharing destination. There is no separate Maven Software account.

Apple subscriptions

Apple handles subscription payments and account billing. The app reads Apple's verified purchase records to check access and does not receive your card details. Purchase verification may communicate with Apple's services. Apple's handling of account and payment data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no advertising SDK, tracking, analytics SDK or third-party payment processor. Maven Software does not collect your conveyor inputs.

Files, backups and deletion

Your exported copies and device backups are managed by the storage provider you select. Deleting the app removes its local app storage; it does not delete previously exported files or cancel an App Store subscription. Local file copies may remain in backups or in folders you selected.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Saved inputs are retained when a subscription expires, but calculator access requires an active subscription. Project files and standard-cost libraries do not synchronize automatically between devices.

Support and website

If you contact support, Maven Software receives the information and files you choose to send and uses them to answer your request. Please avoid sending confidential conveyor data unless needed. The Maven Software website has a separate website privacy policy.
