X-ray review support

Open original radiographs and continuous belt recordings through external case models.

Open an example model

  1. Keep each model with its Source, Review and Analysis folders. Models contain relative paths to their own evidence.
  2. Choose Open Examples folder and select the complete external library. On Mac this is also available in the Examples menu. To open one model, choose Open X-rays on Mac or Open model on iPhone, iPad and Vision Pro.
  3. Choose a case. A .xrayexample.json opens still-image exposures and saved overviews. A .beltcase.json opens original JSON/RAW recordings and saved configuration.
  4. Use fit, zoom and invert to inspect the evidence. A model with assembly placements also provides a grid-to-composite animation. Placements and saved analysis retain their uncertainty.

No customer examples are included in the app download. The external library and the Apple subscription are separate: move a complete case folder to another device, then open it there.

Small review sample

Download the anonymous external review sample, unzip it in Files or Finder, and open its folder or model. This sample is separate from the app download. It includes a source radiograph and short windows copied from actual 16-bit belt recordings. It is for reviewing the file workflow, not for physical calibration or a belt condition assessment.

Continuous X-ray data

Keep each scan JSON beside the RAW file it names. Full recordings can be several gigabytes; allow enough storage and keep source folders accessible. Maven reads selected rows rather than loading a complete recording into memory. Where a model provides a measured paired alignment, the stitched view uses those saved mappings and identifies extrapolation. Original camera views remain available.

Mac additionally provides the detailed conveyor map, splice, loop and cable-review workspace and analysis/export tools. iPhone, iPad and Vision Pro provide adaptive radiograph review, saved assembly playback and bounded original-recording playback. Saved reference documents remain available from still-image models.

Subscriptions and two-week trial

US pricing is $20 per month or $200 per year. Eligible subscribers receive a two-week introductory free trial, followed by automatic renewal on the selected plan unless cancelled in Apple Account settings. Apple determines eligibility; the purchase screen shows the actual local price and any available trial. Both plans provide the same subscription access across supported devices.

Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund requests. Workspace access requires a verified active subscription or its introductory trial. Your external source files remain yours after expiry.

Missing or moved files

Choose the external folder again if a drive is disconnected, a bookmark expires or a file provider changes access. Move the model and all relative source subfolders together. Opening a file model does not repair missing data or recompute its saved analysis.

Report a problem

Email support@mavensoftware.ai with app version, device, operating-system version, expected behavior and what happened. Remove customer/company names and confidential details before sending a small example. Never send Apple Account passwords or payment-card information.
