From the tension diagram to the field.

Belt Conveyor Design brings the whole system into view: how it behaves, how its components are selected, and how engineering decisions affect the people who install and maintain it.

  • Conveyor fundamentals, belt tensions, belting and conveyor economics.
  • Idlers, pulleys, drives and system dynamics.
  • Installation, splicing, tracking, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring, digital twins, AI and transfer points.

The course is for design and project engineers, operations and maintenance teams, and conveyor suppliers and manufacturers. Every attendee receives a copy of CEMA’s Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials, 7th Edition.
